Valentines Party 2013

A little something about me, I like to plan parties, and so does A. Typically as soon as Christmas is over she starts planning her next birthday party, as in, that’s all she can talk about everyday until her actual Birthday in August. So, I got my wheels spinning and decided to throw her a girly Valentines party/play date. We chose a weekend when C would be camping with his Boy Scout troop, so that we didn’t invade his weekend with 3 and 4 year old giggly girls. The party was a total success and the girls were so excited to spend a couple hours together playing.

Friends! It was a beautiful Florida February day so we enjoyed eating our lunch outside. The girls were so chatty and happy to be together.

Lunch! We munched on heart shaped pizzas, Chick-Fil-A nuggets, salad and fruit. The girls drank pink lemonade out of these adorable mason jars with daisy cut lids and for dessert we had cupcakes and strawberry shortcake.

Playtime! After lunch the girls played on the playground, made necklaces with dried pasta, beads and heart confetti and then played dress up in As room with a full Princess parade.



The party was an absolute blast, we may even make this a yearly tradition for her. The best part of the day was seeing A smile and randomly blurt out “I’m having so much fun!” and keep running throughout the party.
